We sell virtually every tour operators’ holidays and we check them to give you the best choice and the best price. Therefore, we can guarantee, that our price at the time of purchase will be the best price available on the high street, on the web or on the phone on any our Price Protected Holidays.
Fly & Stay the Unpackaged Holiday
We offer a lowest price guarantee on our Fly & Stay Holidays. If you book your holidays with us and then find a lower price, subject to terms and conditions, we will refund you the difference.
Should you have a valid claim, as per the terms & conditions listed below, please email following information to: price.promise@travelco.co.uk . To verify your claim, please include:
- your HolidayCo.co.uk booking reference number
- name of the other website and price quoted
In the event the same holiday is found at a lower price, your claim will be investigated and if applicable we will issue you with a refund.
For claim to be valid the followed must be satisfied:

Valid claims must be made within 24 hours of booking and at least 18 weeks prior to departure.

We must be able to verify the alternative rate is both available and bookable by another UK based online agency.

The flight and the accommodation must be from the same website / travel agent.

The flight must be available at the same price to us as it was to you.

The flight is by Easyjet, Ruanair, Jet2, Flyglobespan, bmibaby.

Price Protected Holidays from all TUI companies (Thomson and Crystal) are excluded

Prices available to you as part of a “Closed Group” of people or in conjunction with the purchase of any other product are excluded.

The claim must be based on a like for like comparison of the itinerary for the same dates as actually booked.

The alternative price must not be a special offer price, discounted due to frequent flyer mileage credits, a promotional price, etc

The alternative price must be offered in pounds starlings

You did not defaulted on similar scheme.
We will review your claim and contact you within 2 business days from receiving it. Should you be eligible for a price refund we will credit the card used to make the booking.
