Ski Holidays in Livigno

Livigno Ski Holidays Ski Holidays in Livigno Cheap Livigno Ski Holidays

Located in northern Italy, just over the border from Switzerland, Livigno sits in its own valley, Valtellina, surrounded by dramatic Alpine peaks. Its 110km of runs are aimed at beginner and intermediate boarders and skiers, with some off-piste ski-ing and a few black runs.

Based in one of Italy’s highest and most remote corners, Livigno’s location has earned it the nickname ‘little Tibet’. But this resort’s isolation hasn’t stopped it from becoming a lively mountain community. You’ll find a good selection of activities away from the slopes, and a range of accommodation from budget to four-star, split between apartments and hotels.

Livigno is essentially made up of three small villages (San Antonio, Santa Maria and San Rocco) dotted along a valley which have joined to become a single long resort.

You can ski in and out of the resort, and the system of more than 30 lifts is very efficient. And, at 1815m, the high altitude means great snow conditions all season.
