Ryanair's is rising extra charges yet again.

From May 5th, the fee for checking in baggage is rising by 80 pence and so are the airport check-in charges.

Ryanair continuous tactics of not including extra charges in its advertised fares, resulted in the Office of Fair Trading investigation after the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) accused Ryanair of repeatedly breaching advertising guidelines.

Did I hear someone yelling "Liar, liar pants on fire?"... Nah, I must be mistaken ...

Ryanair's sexy girl banned

A Ryanair ad showing a skimpy dressed schoolgirl has been banned. After an investigation based on 13 complaints, the Advertising Standards Authority said the model’s clothing strongly suggested she was a schoolgirl.

“We considered that her appearance and pose, in conjunction with the heading 'Hottest’, appeared to link teenage girls with sexually provocative behaviour and was irresponsible and likely to cause serious or widespread offence,” the watchdog ruled.

Ryanair argues the number of complaints to be insignificant, when compared to the newspapers’ combined readership of 3.5 million, in which the advert appeared.
